Magnetotransport due to conductivity fluctuations in non-magnetic ZrTe2 nanoplates

چکیده
Transition metal dichalcogenides with nontrivial band structures exhibit various fascinating physical properties and have sparked intensively research interest. Here, we performed systematic magnetotransport measurements on mechanical exfoliation prepared ZrTe2 nanoplates. We revealed that the negative longitudinal magnetoresistivity observed at high field region in presence of parallel electric magnetic fields could stem from conductivity fluctuations due to excess Zr In addition, parametric plot, planar Hall resistivity as function in-plane anisotropic magnetoresistivity, has an ellipse-shaped pattern shifted orbital center, which further strengthen evidence for fluctuations. Our work provides some useful insights into transport phenomena topological materials.

Conductivity due to classical phase fluctuations in a model for high-Tc superconductors
We consider the real part of the conductivity, s1;aa(v), arising from classical phase fluctuations in high-Tc superconductors. We show that *0 s1;aadvÞ0 below the superconducting transition temperature Tc , provided there is some quenched disorder in the system. Furthermore, for a fixed amount of quenched disorder, this integral at low temperatures is proportional to the zero-temperature superf...
متن کاملnon-corrective approach to pronunciation
the aim of this study has been to find answers for the following questions: 1. what is the effect of immediate correction on students pronunciation errors? 2. what would be the effect of teaching the more rgular patterns of english pronunciation? 3. is there any significant difference between the two methods of dealing with pronuciation errore, i. e., correction and the teaching of the regular ...
15 صفحه اولOrdering Due to Quantum Fluctuations in Sr2Cu3O4Cl2
Sr2Cu3O4Cl2 has CuI and CuII subsystems, forming interpenetrating S=1/2 square lattice Heisenberg antiferromagnets. The classical ground state is degenerate, due to frustration of the intersubsystem interactions. Magnetic neutron scattering experiments show that quantum fluctuations cause a two dimensional Ising ordering of the CuII's, lifting the degeneracy, and a dramatic increase of the CuI ...
متن کاملFinite difference method for sixth-order derivatives of differential equations in buckling of nanoplates due to coupled surface energy and non-local elasticity theories
In this article, finite difference method (FDM) is used to solve sixth-order derivatives of differential equations in buckling analysis of nanoplates due to coupled surface energy and non-local elasticity theories. The uniform temperature change is used to study thermal effect. The small scale and surface energy effects are added into the governing equations using Eringen’s non-local elasticity...
